A Self-hosted VPN will not Connect, but only on macs

I am hosting a PPTP VPN server on my home windows 10 machine, and it connects fine through other windows machines and iPads/iPhones connected through a different network, as well as cellularly for iPhone. However, at that same network, any macs will not connect to my home-hosted VPN, claiming that there was no response. I know that my host machine did not turn off, because the VPN connects fine through other devices.

On second note, this is a question unrelated to this forum, but my VPN will only allow one connection at a time, and I've heard that it may be because of my router. I have forwarded port 1723 on both TCP/UDP.
